Is war ever necessary? Why? Why not?
I think that war is always used to intimidate people. I don't findit necessary because of all the people that die and loose their families do to it. Their are other ways to deal with very difficult situation and way shouldnt be the first option to come in mind. It's better to keep your enemis closer than your friend so you know what their capable of and you prety much feed them what they want to hear with caution.
